Description

Located on the beautiful beach of Grand Case, Tropic’s Beach Bar was opened in 2023 by Alain, bartender with 25 years of experience at L’Esplanade Hôtel.

He teamed up with François, a former private driver who became grill master, to expertly light the restaurant. BBQ with ribs, chicken and fish. Behind the bar, Sha, the bar’s mixologist, creates signature craft drinks like “Tropic’s Explosion” (a blend of mango, passion fruit, coconut, rum, blue curacao and an extra float) and “Lights Out”, a Caribbean-style strong drink.

Not forgetting the cuisine with Chef Enor creating a variety of authentic Caribbean dishes and incredible tapas to share.

Together, they create a down-to-earth vibe with a true Caribbean vibe.

The Tropics Beach Bar offers seating for 40 people indoors and 80 on the beach.

Groups of 40 to 60 people often book in advance to enjoy the laid-back Caribbean vibe.

Chef Enor is in the kitchen (formerly at String), and his personal touch is clearly recognizable.
The dishes feature semi-cooked tuna tataki with fragrant rice and Mahi Mahi ceviche with ginger, coriander, and just a touch of crunch from a few pomegranate seeds.
It’s fresh, light, and flavorful.
