We lean on the pass and discuss the day’s suggestions, traditional Caribbean preparations with seared octopus flambéed with loin, pistachio-crusted mahi-mahi and sautéed vegetables.
As for desserts, we succumb to the praline choux, the passion-mango pavlova or the unmissable chocolate fondant cake.
